my son is 9 months old, he suffering from fever from last night and we gave 2.5ml paracetamol syrup. still fever was same. what should we do. can u suggest me

A. it may be flu .Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .
