my son 3 years 9 month he have a fever since 2 days 6 hour's once I give paracetamol 250 mg 5ml but still in fever .can I give flexiwin mf syrup ?

A. Maam with the fever doesn’t subside within complete 72 hours of the time then please visit the doctor I would not advise you to change the medicine continue with what you are giving yet if your child isn’t better by the time of three complete days and please visit your doctor
