My son was suffering from fever ,from last 2 days. I am using paracetamol syrup. please suggest any antibiotic for him

A. Fever should subside within the time of 72 hours and if it does not then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance and antibiotics should not be given randomly can you give a load on the liver of the child so please make sure that antibiotics are not casual medicine that you can give any time just because the fever is not coming down
