Q.

My son is 8 months old now ...he takes solids 5 to 6 tbspoon in every 3 hour and also breastfeeding....but he is not having enough water after solids..he is not used to bottle hence whenever I try to give him water from spoons he just takes 2 small spoons because of which he is constipated...pls suggest some ways as how to make him drink water

A. hi, Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. Keep trying. You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.
