Q.
My son is 8 months old now ...he takes solids 5 to 6 tbspoon in every 3 hour and also breastfeeding....but he is not having enough water after solids..he is not used to bottle hence whenever I try to give him water from spoons he just takes 2 small spoons because of which he is constipated...pls suggest some ways as how to make him drink water

Keep trying. You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.
