My son is 7months old, I feel weakness, having hair loss, fatigue even after having proper diet, sometimes even joint pain, can you help

A. Its All very normal after the delivery for at least one year till The time you are Breast feeding these things are are going to be very very normal so it was very very important that you take all calcium multivitamin and iron supplements for one year and you start doing at least a little bit of mild exercises to strengthen the body of yours
