#AskTheExpert Hello Sir, after delivery before 4 month, I have faced a lot of health issues like back pain, excessive hair loss, little pain in abdominal area, dullness and weakness, Joint pain and I also forget little things about daily routine. please suggest something to become healthy and a diet chart also.

it is happened due deficiency
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet
please give daily massage with bhringraj oil
please take daily sun light exposure
please avoid RO water
