so a healthy and nutritious diet can really help you much.
take fruits and berries ,green veggies ,nuts ,flax seeds ,egg ,soya ,beans etc more
Massage your scalps with warm pure coconut oil regularly.
Apply curd once or twice a week and leave for 15 minutes ,rinse and shampoo throughly.
it will help to strengthen your hair and hair follicles ,help them regain their lost sheen.
use a comb with wife bristles and avoid Combing when hair is wet.
