Some variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for their age & also eating a healthy and well balanced diet as such.
include foods such as eggs, chicken , etc if preffered, dry fruits , fruit milk shakes , panner, ghee, soya, legumes such as lobia, chana etc . dal. sago etc
VaishnaviMom of 2 children4 months agoA. for healthy weight gain give him one small bowl of dryfruits and different seeds and nuts daily.. else you can give him in the tiffin daily which will help him be full whole day in school.. also give him 1-2 spoon A2 desi ghee in his lunch and dinner daily
