My son is 7 months old. he is having severe cold.

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist3 years agoA. at 7 months avoid cold climate, cold winds. give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby. indirect steam , hot water bath will also help. consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases. post illness babies might be cranky , irritable. nose block congestion also result in loss of appetite, difficult sucking. try different head up feeding position. feed by spoon otherwise. Maintain hygiene. if bottle feeding, maintain sterility as its a common source of infections.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello ypu can put nasal drops and also use instant cold releif from Babyhug which can help baby get a releif from the cold and makes the baby feel better and comfortable and in regards to the medication it is better to check with your doctor
