My son is 5 years old an is current weight is 20 kg still always get tired an skinny by look what to do please help

A. dear parent, a weight of 20 kg is a healthy weight for a 5 years old boy. Also if your child is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. Do not go by the appearance of your child. You should give variety of seasonal vegetables, fruits, green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. add ghee to baby's food. give at least 500 ml of full cream milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. dry fruits and nuts. variety of pulses, legumes.
