my son is 5 and hlf month old and he's suffering from cough cold fever...plzz help me out

A. This can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection. kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given againd and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough. It will dissolve mucus in nose and throat. For fever and pain give paracetamol Try to prevent temperature variations aroundx the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvementx in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

A. U Get an assessment assessment done by The doctor be able to guide you an advice with the correct medicines that you should go for apart from that if the fever is there anything give Calpol or paracetamol whatever you have available at home what is important to get a check with your doctor
