My 3year beby boy suffering cold ,fever and cough from last 2week ...he was better than before but now he was again suffering fever with out any cold and cough .what can I do please suggest

A. tewcold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
