My son is 4yr 3months. He get cold after every one and half month followed by severe congestion and cough. This has become very frequent. What can be the reason and which treatment is recommended.

A. this is very common in babies because of less immunity that will be getting recurrent infections as the baby will be growing in age it will be reducing take proper treatment to the baby
