my baby have severe nasal congestion,cold and dry cough can I gave nebu

A. yes you give nebulizer on doctor advice.. give steam inhalation it helps treating cold and cough.. use nasal drops as nasoclear saline drops.. apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet at bed time and gently massage..
