my son is 4 years old n suffering from dengue @3.9, blood counts 148000, is any thing serious about this he is actively doing everything right now but I m worried

please keep well Hydrated
please give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hoiur and as per her demand as well..
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
please consult your doctor as well
