my nephew is 8 years 10 months old, and he has been suffering from dengue for the last 4 days. his recent platelet count is 2.35 lakhs. he is actively playing and does not have a fever now. is there anything to worry?

as there isn't fever and any discomfort,no need to worry
please keep the child well hydrated
make sure child takes enough rest
