Q.

my son is 4 year 6 month old.he has fever from last 2 days with cold pls .suggest.

A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temzperature water. higher medicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

A. he has fever and cold.. monitor temperature at regular intervals you can give crocin ds Syrup.. keep baby well hydrated give steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drops you can use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
