Q.
my son is 4.10 year old he has stomach infection problem from starting when he will drink outside water(not mineral) so I always carry water for him..but few days before he drank outside water n just started loose motion types poty..today he did 3 times poty but and it's little watery..and he doesn't feel hungry also..what home remedies can give

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinationuuj or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate propyerly and will guide you accordingly for this .
