my son is 3yr 4mnths old but not talking I'm so much tensed coz of him we done his tests from ENT specialist but dr said everything is normal I don't understand what to do plz suggests

Communicate more with your child, keep telling stories and sing and play together. Limit the screen time and ensure there is quality family time. Few elders suggest to give a a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
