my 3yr old son stuttering in every word he says most of the time from 2-3 month I m tensed does it remains forever like this what should I do don't know please help

General stammering few words R,L,P is common in toddlers until 4-5 years .
If you feel speech difference than earlier or not talking according to his age , sentence framing then consult development Paediatrician.
Sometimes due to fear kids stammer or due to screen time using more than language confuse them so better consult Paeditrician or speech therapist.
