A. Hello dear parent! There are no food restrictions as such after delivery unless suggested otherwise by your doctor. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
