Dear parent, for your baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.
Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Babies refuse food for many reasons: They may be full, tired, distracted, or sick. ... Try to trust that your baby knows how much food they need, and never force feed your child, which can turn feeding time into fighting time. That said, if a refusal to eat has you worried, always talk to your pediatrician.
