My son is 3 years old. His first 4 teeth not good. Attached the image. Can you let us know what is cause of this?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. This looks like some major problem I think you should consult your dentist because this is basically some kind of a cavity or you can basically saying that there is some problem in the gums of the child so please get it checked with a dentist one time
