#asktheexpert my baby is 3 months old..his face full of white patches..is this normal..attached the image below..

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Albya which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Properh mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi usually it happens because of nutritional deficiencies or fungal Infection. so better to visit your pediatrician for proper diagnose. give plenty of breastfeeds to your child as you are nursing mother, take Healthy and nutritious diet which provides all essential nutrients. give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
