Q.

my son is 3 years old and he does not speak normally he do not interact but he knows everything he watches on tv and speaks very clearly all the shapes alphabets colours planets etc. what should i do?

A. i am repeating after him but now what he wants that whatever he speaks he want someone to repeat it. if we ask him to repeat after us he starts yelling.

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticizec the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activities that allow to improve his language -take your child outsidef (open environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introduce new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in.
