My child is 20months old and she isn’t speaking. She watches tv a lot and she gets aggressive when tv is turned off. Please help me make my baby speak

Please don’t mind me saying this but a lot of these issues happened you too much screen time when kids are getting this because they start living into their own world only which actually affects their speech growth and the physical and mental ability to understand and respond to things these things are becoming common and normal teaches you to do much screen time which is why I would recommend that you should completely shut out on to the screen time of the childWrite Your Answer Here
