Q.
My son is 3.2 years old Recently my son got adenoidectomy,doctor prescribed to use Mefanamic acid for 7 days twice a day and so I used for 7 days twice a day Bt now am worried that can we use meftal-P for such a long time twice daily ? Will there be any side effects on his kidney?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if you have already used the medicine as advised by the doctor there is no use now thinking it respectively and worrying unnecessarily most of the times it may not have much problem to the baby

as it is prescribed by your pediatrician it must be safe.
no need to worry .
and as you have already used it , please don't take stress.
if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
