Q.

my son is 2 year old he having cold from month and sinking i have give him medicine prescribed by doctor but still cold is there. also he is not eating properly only sweet items he eat. what to do

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation wokuld be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Stefam inhalation is repeated frequently .
