Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before slrreep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.f
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

So Don’t make your child sleep in the evening that anyway is a very all the time for a child to go to sleep from 12 to 1 hour so but the evening sleep you have to stop going to sleep by nine or 10 in the night it’s completely in your hand out the schedule for your child
