#askexperts my baby turned 1year old on 8/1/21 she doesn't sleep at night she will be playing the whole night. she sleeps at 5.am gets up at 12.pm then she sleeps at 4.pm and gets up at 6:30- 7:00.pm then she sleep at 9-10.pm and she wakes around 12.am after that she sleeps at 5.am There is a lot of sleep deprivation to me and to kid to she eat's well drink's she plays and she is always active the only thing that she doesn't do is sleeping at night she is wake the whole night

A. Have an active daily routine. Make sure she gets to lots of physical activities. Her daytime nap should be over by 3 pm. Set a fixed bedtime so that her body adjusts to this schedule. Have an early dinner atleast 2 hours before bedtime. Feed her foods rich in proteins and fibre. Turn everything off - computer and television atleast one hour before bedtime. Cut down the day's sleep - if she is sleeping for 2-3 hours during the daytime...make it to one hour. Bathing in warm water before bedtime relaxes a child. Avoid any loud noise or other cheerful activity before putting her to bed.
