Hello mom first of all avoid giving milk always as a replacement to the meal, also now having diet should be usual foods that are made at home for the family, no much restrictions as such now.add flavours and variety to his meals, make his meal time fun and interesting as well.

Hi, my son was also the same but enjoys eating apples without peels, 🍊, bananas and steamed broccoli, carrot and egg cutlets. when he does not eat try giving him his fav fruit or veg in a small quantity and then serve his food. I also put on food ASMR on YouTube while we ate on my phone. Food Asmr as u know are food munching sounds he felt more hungry listening to them and ate more.
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello force feeding can lead to refusal and instead try with different food option and recipe and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and this can help baby to accept the food and help in the growth of your child also
