my son is 15 month old. what should be the nutritious food for him? how much water should he drink everyday?

A. As it's summer you can give water every now n then. Not a problem. Start to give all foods .Here are few options.. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati soaked n sambar or milk, upma, poha, potato mash, banana mash, ragi porridge, multigrain porridge, Lunch - rice with milk, dal, watery sambar, any veggie rice, Khicidi, for snacks you czn choose veggies n fruits cheese panner eggs dinner chapatis, rice is a still a good option, khicidi, dosa idly
