A. You should feed all seasonal fruits to the child during monsoons, as these will be more nutritious. Foods like corn, vegetable soup, pear, jamun, pomegranate, papaya, bottle gourd, oats, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, dalia,khichdi, etc. are very healthy. Avoid giving foods like sea food, chicken, outside juices, fizzy drinks, mushrooms, ice cream, etc.
