Q.

My son is 11 months old and whenever he gets cold a yellowish sticky fluid comes from his eyes and his eyes become reddish from outside…should i consult an eye specialist or it will go with time??

A. it is common due to blocked nasolacrimal duct during cold. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins
