Q.

my baby is 7days old and her eyes are slightly yellow and whenever she sleep her eyes get sticky fluid typ gum so she sometimes unable to open eyes,,wat shld i do

A. there is always a chance of neonatal jaundice in small children within one or maximum 2 weeks of birth in which the skin as the eyes may appear yellow. you have to meet the doctosr for evaluation of the jaundice. normal simple jaundice will go away on its own with only breastfeedizng but if it is more your doctor will advise phototherapy. the yellowness from the eyes may take around 1 to 1 and half month to totally go away.

A. good evening it is a common problem with newborn children and does not mean you have to worry about it I would recommend you to try to show to the doctor in most cases toba eye drops are given
