Q.
my son is 10months old he is having running nose..from last 24hrs...sometimes nose block then he breaths from mouth he later vomits ...while in sleep ... I have tried garlic mustard oil massage I am giving him honey n nasal drops... any suggestions else then steam ?

1. ajwan shekh in a potlu give instant relief
2. garlic pods to be broken and smelt
3. steam using plain water
4. also you can try nasockear to clear blockage
please reach out to pediatrician for medication as prescription medication is advised
