Neema JainGuardian of a 11 yr 3 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello Start giving him warm food like khichdi, and make him different kinds of soups, give him fruits, and plenty of fluids. Since he has an allergy, I think you should consult your doctor

Mam you should first consult an allergy doctor to know exactly what all allergy is your child is having so that you can start the correct treatment I would suggest you to try taking immunotherapy and with that only they can tell you the kind of diet that should be there what restrictions are going to be there in the diet of your child and what all can you give freely without any hassle
