my son is 10 months old can I give anjeer to him or there is any specific season for it like winter

No You can give all kind of dry fruits to the child on regular basis but in a moderate quantity also I’m just going to tell you that dry fruits can be given through the year but yes it is important that in winters you can give more and in summers you have to go for a moderate quantity
