My son has turned 3.5years old he is weighed only 12.35kg he refused to eat food he eat only less amount. I'm very much worried about his weight. what should I do. he is complaining of worms.

A. You can try deworming. You can give medicines. But before giving. it's good n I suggest it would be better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option for your kid.
