my son has health issues like vomit,not eating food, mild dysentery 2 times a day,cold.,for past 10 days....he look like tired ....I feed him he eat 2 spoon after that I eat another spoon,he feels like stomach pain and vomit happens what can I do...I check doctor...medicine not working...what can I do

Sound done for your child to know what’s the problem maybe it is digestion related issue which is why this is happening and due to cold also sometimes kids don’t like to eat what you offered try to give more of liquid base diet to the child and you should definitely get an ultrasound done
