My son has been passing stools after every meal for the last 3 days and also has ulcer on tongue. Pls suggest

A. Potty after Every Meal could be because of many revasons like some chronic infection which could be amoebiasihs or indigestion or could be habitual also so it needs proper asfsessment to rule out the cause
