In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessmengt is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examuine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Dologel you can apply on the blisters usually they can happen due to heat into the body sometimes if the child has eaten something spicy they could be multiple reasons actually sometimes you know the bit their own tongue between the gums or the teeth so they can be a possibility for blisters to appear that
