my son got skin cut during nail cutting. does he need to take tetanus injection?

if your child has completed the regular vaccination there is no need to go for tetanus vaccination at this age because it is already covered in the national immunisation schedule.
if the injury or cut is vegry dirty enough then the final decision of tetanus vaccine will be taken by the doctor.
