my son gets fever every month end frm July 2022.. sometimes it get down with paracetamol..but sometimes with antibiotic wit Dr advice..he 1st get cold by 3 or 4th day it change to fever..wat is the reason wat should I do?pls suggest a way to avoid fever

A. ouvsyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
