Q.

My son complted 7 months on 15th Aug. Can I add salt and sugar in his food. If yes then how frequently. Someone suggested not to add salt and sugar until he turns 2 year.

A. A lot of doctor suggest you to in fact use salt in the food for proper flavour and yes it is there that salt and sugar is not advisable for first six months when you start giving food once your child complete the age of one year you can give salt to the child sugar to the child so right now I would suggest you to give salt and replacement to sugar would be jaggery and salt suggesting you because I have given to my child as per my doctors advice
