Q.
my son completed 1 year 3 months. he is not started saying anything other than some babbling sounds. only he and Me only at home most of the time. he always do burrrr sound for everything. other than that if I ask anything he just say mmm sounds only. I am keep on talking to him but no improvement. what to do I am really worried. do I have to consult speech therapist if yes any recommendations to consult online.

if child is able to understand some basic things,can respond to his name, make eye contact while talking then no need to worry about it much
