Q.

My baby is 3 years old but not speeding other than babbling or saying mumma n papa , otherwise he is very active with other things My main concern is that he is not speaking yet

A. Hi mom By this time baby should start to speak.. Now u need to consult with the speech therapist for the same as he will guide u better in this after the proper eclvaluation of the child
