A. Although twins may have different heights and weights, you can try to give him more proteins in the form of soya beans, nuts and dairy products. It is normal to have difference in twins health as per doctors

A. If your son's weight and height gain are lower compared to his twin brother, it's important to first understand that even twins can grow at different rates due to individual genetic and health factors. Ensure he is eating a well-balanced diet that includes energy-dense and nutrient-rich foods such as ghee, full-fat dairy, banana, eggs, lentils, and soft cooked vegetables. Monitor his feeding patterns and make sure he is eating enough at regular intervals. Also, check for signs of any underlying medical concerns like poor absorption, frequent illnesses, or food intolerance. It’s best to consult a pediatrician who may suggest growth tracking, nutritional supplements if needed, or further evaluations to identify any issues. Regular follow-ups and a tailored diet plan can help improve his growth.
