Some specific Indian recipes for weight gain include: 1. *Khichdi*: A nutritious mix of lentils, rice, and vegetables. 2. *Parathas*: Whole wheat flatbreads with ghee and vegetables. 3. *Dosa*: Fermented rice and lentil crepes with coconut chutney. 4. *Idlis*: Steamed rice cakes with coconut chutney and sambar. 5. *Laddus*: Wholesome energy balls made with nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
