my son 2.7years old not speaking and he lining up toys everytime its autism symptoms

It’s not must but it needs to be examined so it’s better you consult your doctor once and clear all your doubts and if the child us achieving all milestones as per age then no need to query interact with him more encourage him to speak sing rhymes read story books

I would not say it is an autism symptom but you have to look for different things also is your child responding to which name and also you know understanding the things that you are saying because that’s something which is extremely important if that is not there and still lining of things are there then they could be a little bit of delay into the growth not necessarily autism so consult a child psychologist if anything the doctor says positive then hundred percent you should go for a homeopathic treatment for your child
